Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night.

The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was so comfortable and the bedding was plush. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location and we were able to use the ferry to cross the river into downtown Savannah.
